The South Asian theatre scene has been growing more and more over the past few years. Artists are beginning to take on productions that are relatable to all audiences and are experimenting with unique topics and productions. Inside Joke, is one such production as it takes you inside the mind of a struggling artist. Inside Joke is inspired by Inside Out 1 and 2 and focuses on the world of a young South Asian artist trying to make it in the world despite personal and cultural challenges. The play will take the audience on a journey through emotions like anger, joy, depression, and anxiety, as they all take control at various points! The play is 45-minutes and features a cast of 9 talented South Asian artists.
